Through structured coaching and open discussions, led by renowned coaches, this programme provides a rich experience where participants address and embrace the complexities of inclusion in today’s workplace from, various industries.
The programme includes the delivery of a self-awareness report followed by three group coaching sessions of three hours each and a one hour close out session.
By attending this programme, leaders will:
Receive the self-awareness report highlighting growth opportunities for inclusive leadership
Receive three group coaching sessions to work on each of the three components of the self-awareness report
Engage with guided applied learning activities between sessions to embed development
Guided by renowned coaches, you will craft your personalised inclusion upgrade plan
Participate in a one hour close out session to consolidate learning and build accountability for action
