A critical and unique element of our Inclusive Leader System® Assessment is that it allows leaders to understand how inclusive their leadership is from raters who are different to the leader in at least one of the main protected characteristics. Our own research has demonstrated how inclusion can be high when difference is low, yet when difference or diversity is high inclusion is significantly lower. The key question therefore is: are we still inclusive with people who are different to us?
Once collated, the underrepresented employees feedback is aggregated to protect confidentiality and an individual report is provided for the leader, identifying areas of strength and improvement as well as highlighting gaps in self-awareness between self and underrepresented employees’ responses.
Our feedback report combines detailed and comprehensive feedback in an easy to interpret and accessible format, which is delivered by a qualified facilitator, to ensure the leader feels engaged with the content, psychologically safe and empowered to change.
